From the foreword by\u00a0Marcus Eddie<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Get ready to set sail as\u00a0Theseus<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0takes you on a magical journey in four parts: Logbook, Open Sea, Adrift, and Fellow Travelers.<\/p>\n Part I,\u00a0Logbook<\/em><\/strong>, explains the history, general ideas, and overarching concepts which will be explored herein. This includes the Ship of Theseus thought problem, the Theseus plot, the script actively used by the author, and the history of the plot and solutions.<\/p>\n Part II,\u00a0Open Sea<\/em><\/strong>, contains the methods considered fit for public consumption. They are numbered in the order originally developed; numbered versions not included are skipped. This section includes solutions Three, Five, Six, and Ten.<\/p>\n Part III,\u00a0Adrift<\/em><\/strong>, contains discussions about some of the methods that did not meet\u00a0the author’s standards for performance. They are included to explain ideas considered necessary for a complete explanation\u00a0regarding his thoughts on the plot. It also includes an interesting one-phase effect that follows Theseus\u2019 lead-in style.<\/p>\n Part IV,\u00a0Fellow Travelers<\/em><\/strong>, contains versions of the plot from two known card magicians\u00a0highly respected by the author:\u00a0Harapan Ong<\/strong>\u00a0and the late\u00a0Simon Aronson<\/strong>.
